Okaihau Primary School is located in Northland, approximately 20 minutes from both Kaikohe and Kerikeri. We cater for children between Years 1 and 6. It needs work as is clearly stated on the MLS listing. There is no evidence that neither a kitchen or bathroom were ever installed the main house. Oles in the remaining random width wood floor indicate that a stove was used for heat instead of a fireplace.
